Have taken the fuse out and put it back in a few times. See the diagram here the power to it comes out of the switch on the light green wire to the high mount lights and in on the lite green red. If bulbs bulb sockets fuses and brake light switch all appear to be good the fault is probably the turn signal switch. At some point the power is not getting from point a to point b. Also there is a trailer light harness on the vehicle check at that connection or actually remove the trailer light harness as some have a built in converter that can cause weird issues also. Jack if your sure all the fuse are okay then jumping the break light switch should at least allow the third break light to work.
